We are hiring for one of our leading clients, a Field Investigator. The candidate as Field Investigator will be responsible to perform daily field tasks assigned by client.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily field tasks assigned by client (RM to receive task using PMS software)
- Panel home recruitment
Calling the prospect and confirming about his visit
On arrival, showing the video of the client
Surveying the household in the language which they are comfortable with
Handover goodies to the household (HH)
3. Meter Installation as per plan
RM to take appointment for installation or declare the household as casualty
RM to visit the HH on the appointment date
post successful installation, capture the type of goodies along with intervals in the PMS system
Capture bank details if necessary
4. Maintenance and Servicing of Panel homes
Administer intermediate questionnaire
D-installation
Requirements and Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s degree or related diploma
- Good sales experience
- Minimum 2-year experience in field related tasks from any industry
- Must have the ability to communicate in local language
- Must have the willingness to travel
- The candidate must be tech savvy: should be well conversant in operating smart phone/tab/laptop/ any new gadgets
- Age limit up to 30 years
- Must have the stability in career
