Position summary:
Our client is seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated front office executive. This position will play a key role by performing the various administrative tasks, he/she should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- The candidate will be responsible to greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
- Must answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to Concerns.
- Responsible to organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- The incumbent is responsible to prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.) and record maintenance.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
- Must perform an inventory of office supplies and order what is needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have Min. 6months - 1 year of experience as a Front office executive.
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent typing skills with experience taking dictations a plus
- Good working knowledge of office procedures.
- Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
