Job Responsibilities and requirements:

Here are some job details and requirements that the candidate must have for General Manager Position

  • To formulate and execute strategic & operational plans for leasing commercial property
  • Develop leasing strategies by creating target lists of companies/brand for each non-leased asset
  • Giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective Customers; handling various functions to secure the deal
  • Reaching all potential Clients/brands both directly and indirectly (through IPC/Channel Partners)
  • Understanding client’s requirements & proposing appropriate projects and innovative strategies to close the deal
  • Conducting site visits/inspections of the proposed properties with the prospective client
  • Working intensively with IPCs/Channel partner to increase brand/project recall
  • Manage the entire Commercial/Retail leasing process from site visits to negotiation to LOI’s and Lease Deed documentation
  • Sharing monthly inventory reports to all IPCs/Channel Partners
  • Creating inspection, lease management, and inventory management reports on a weekly basis to present to the management
  • Ensure timely handover of all customer-related information to the Facility Management team and ensure customer retention in all projects
  • Collaborate with Brochure, Render, and all other marketing agencies to develop collateral for commercial/residential projects
  • Coordinate with Architects /Projects team and provide inputs on the client’s requirement for all commercial assets post finalization of the lease
  • Monitoring Residential Sales Team in Closure of Leads and analyzing marketing initiatives effectiveness
  • Strategizing and generating corporate/bulk Sale inquiries for the residential portfolio
