Key Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other digital platforms.

2. Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.

4. Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to understand design requirements.

5. Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual elements for different campaigns.

6. Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts, and overall brand identity.

7. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Skills Required:

1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.

2. Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

3. Experience in designing social media creatives, digital advertisements, and marketing materials.

4. Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar design platforms is preferred.

5. Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage.

6. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs.

7. Good communication and time-management skills.
