We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and execute the organization’s marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in Static Equipment, Industrial Valves, Industrial Pumps, Chillers, Vacuum Pumps, and Fabricated Equipment, along with the ability to drive market expansion, lead generation, and brand visibility across Southern India.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Identify potential markets and customer segments, understand their needs, and position the company’s products effectively.

2. Market Research & Industry Insights

  • Conduct detailed market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities (including pricing changes and revenue opportunities).

  • Identify emerging opportunities to support business growth.

3. Campaigns, Promotions & Events

  • Create and implement impactful promotional campaigns showcasing product features, benefits, and value propositions.

  • Organize and participate in conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to engage with target audiences.

4. Lead Generation & Sales Collaboration

  • Develop lead generation strategies to consistently attract and nurture qualified prospects.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates and boost revenue.

  • Maintain targeted Government and Private order ratio through effective order flow management.

5. Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing budgets.

  • Monitor marketing spend, measure ROI, and ensure effective allocation of resources.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Development, and Design teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

7. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Generate periodic reports to track marketing performance, analyze gaps, and recommend improvements.

  • Continuously adapt marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

8. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Oversee all digital marketing activities including website optimization, social media management, content creation, and email marketing.

  • Strengthen digital presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory).

  2. Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing Static Equipment, Industrial Valves, Industrial Pumps, Chillers, Vacuum Pumps, and Fabricated Equipment.

  3. Strong understanding of industrial markets in Southern India.

  4. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

  5. Proven ability in team collaboration, marketing execution, and revenue-driven initiatives.
