We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions and ensuring smooth operational processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  1. Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  2. Employee Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience with comprehensive orientation and induction processes.
  3. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, morale, and collaboration, including events and team-building activities.
  4. Performance Appraisal: Coordinate the performance appraisal process by managing timelines, collecting feedback, and promoting transparency.
  5. Employee Certification Program: Administer employee certification programs, ensuring timely enrollment and progress tracking.
  6. Payroll Management: Handle payroll activities, including attendance monitoring, leave management, and accurate salary processing.
  7. Employee Grievances: Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
  8. Employee Exit: Oversee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, managing documentation, and facilitating knowledge transfer.

Operations & Administration:

  1. Office Administration: Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized environment.
  2. Vendor & Facility Management: Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities maintenance.
  3. Travel & Event Management: Organize travel arrangements and team events, and provide administrative support as required.
  4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: MBA in HR or a relevant postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
  2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR and operations.
  3. Strong interest in fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  6. Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws is a plus.
