Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. Generating prospective leads, Appointment Generation, Cold calling, Contact Discovery from social networking sites, Primary/Secondary web research, Handling Customers Inquiries, Sending Quotations Mailers, following up with the customers for the closing of the deal.
  2. Direct communication with Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (B2B Sales) to promote our product.
  3. Updating Daily Individual Calls, Sales Reports, Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, ensuring the data is cleaned, managed, and maintained up to date in CRM system in the CRM.
  4. Pitching qualified leads given by the prospecting team and try converting that lead into sales opportunities by qualifying them for sales demo and follow-up sales activities.
  5. Working from customer lists and/or databases, make outbound follow-up calls to our existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products.
  6. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  7. Provide campaign support and lead follow-up for all marketing projects.
  8. Own lead management, analysis, and reporting.

Skill Requirements:

  1. Experience of 1-3 years in Lead Generation in B2B Sales.
  2. Software sales experience is an added advantage
  3. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  4. Graduation Degree. MBA is good to have.
  5. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  6. Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities
  7. Strong communication skills and good excel knowledge
  8. Experience in managing pipelines in CRM(ZOHO)
  9. Skilled at making small talk, street smart with strong spoken & written English
