Key Responsibilities

Engage in meaningful, one-on-one conversations with clients to understand their financial and insurance needs

Explain insurance products clearly and simply, helping clients make confident decisions

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while handling policies and client information

Use digital tools efficiently to manage customer interactions and documentation

Experience & Skills Required

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic, and confident while speaking with diverse customers
