• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the International market (Exposure in Africa, East Asia will have added advantage).
• should have existing relationships with potential customers and partners in the region specified.
• Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.
• Irrespective of customer requirement, need to Prepare and deliver presentations to customers in the initial stage.
• Generating leads independently by interacting with various region partners & customer and convert these leads into proposals
• Need to follow up for deal Closure with best negotiation skills.
• Work closely with the pre-sales and technology teams to create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers etc.
• Stay up to date on the latest banking technologies trends.
You must be good with:
• Banking software sales Experience.
• skills -Negotiation, Networking, Business intelligence , Communication and interpersonal
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) – English any other international language would be added advantage
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in relevant banking Software sales, with a focus on the international market
• Strong understanding of the Bank landscape and the needs of customers
• Proven ability to close challenging deals like (RFP’s).
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
