We are hiring an experienced and proactive MEP Supervisor for our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising MEP works on-site, conducting inspections, managing maintenance activities, and supporting facility management operations. This role also involves handling MEP-related sales and ensuring smooth operation of HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.

Job Details:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate MEP activities at the site level.

2. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

3. Manage maintenance schedules and respond to emergency maintenance issues.

4. Monitor and maintain plumbing systems, building utilities, and HVAC equipment.

5. Handle MEP-related client inquiries and provide solutions effectively.

6. Assist in preparing MEP sales proposals and interacting with prospective clients.

7. Report and document daily work progress and issues to higher management.

8. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely task completion.

9. Ensure proper inventory of MEP materials and tools on-site.

Key Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

2. 1–2 years of experience in a Facility Management company in a similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including Central AC, Chillers, DX type, VRV systems.

4. Working knowledge of plumbing, building maintenance, and FM operations.

5. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

6. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

7. Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
