JD - Service Delivery Manager

Location: (@ Chennai : 1 requirement)

Remuneration : 7.00 TO 9.00 LPA (max)

Notice period : Immediate / 30 days.

Relevant Experience : 9+ years

1.     Service Management: He should have a deep understanding of service management principles, frameworks (such as ITIL), and best practices to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. This includes incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.

2.     Client Relationship Management: SDM must have a strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. He should be able to understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.

3.     Leadership:  Should possess leadership qualities to guide and motivate his team members. This includes the ability to delegate tasks, provide clear directions, and inspire collaboration and teamwork.

4.     Project Management: He should often oversee multiple projects or initiatives. He needs strong project management skills to plan, organize, and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables.

5.     Problem-Solving:  He should be adept at analysing complex situations, identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions. He should have the ability to think critically and make decisions quickly to address service-related challenges.

6.     Financial Management:  He should have knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure that service delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals.

7.     Continuous Improvement:  He should have a mind-set of continuous improvement. He should proactively identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive efficiency in service delivery.

8.     Technical Knowledge: Must be hands-on with technical aspects, having a good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies can be valuable in understanding the service delivery landscape and effectively communicate with technical teams.

Required Candidate profile - SDM

  • Male candidate, Graduate with relevant industry background

  • Must be good in IT hardware technical skills

  • Good in customer relationship and SDM

  • Ability to generate services business through AMC sales, FMS support etc

Profile 2

JD - Female Inside Sales Executive

Location: (Chennai - 2 nos & Bangalore - 2 nos)

Remuneration : Between 3.00 LPA to 6.00 LPA (negotiable for the right candidates). 

Notice period : Immediate / 30 days.

Relevant Experience : 2+ years

  1. Should have hands on experience in IT hardware / IT Infrastructure support products segment

  2. Responsible for lead generation, target achievement and key account management

  3. Good communication skills with team management ability

  4. Customer relationship management

  5. Revenue generation skills

  6. Ability to collect the outstanding within its credit period

Required Candidate profile – Female Inside Sales

  • Good verbal communication in English. Knowledge about Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

  • Good experience in cold calling & appointment based sales calls

  • Must achieve the given Target, with company’s stated bottom line

  • Good knowledge in IT infrastructure products and its configuration

  • Ability to provide solutions to the customer

  • Ability to collect the outstanding within its credit period

Profile 3

JD - Field Sales Executive / Manager / Business Development Exe / BDM

Location: (Chennai 2 nos & Bangalore 2 nos)

Remuneration : Between 3.00 LPA to 9.00 LPA (negotiable for the right candidates). 

Notice period : Immediate / 30 days.

Relevant Experience : 2+ years onwards / for BDM : 5+ yrs

  • Hands on experience in IT hardware / IT Infrastructure products segment

  • Responsible for Lead generation and key account management

  • Must achieve the given Target, with company’s stated bottom line

  • Good communication skills with team management ability

  • Customer relationship management

  • Revenue generation skills

  • Acquisition of new clients / new logos to organisation.

  • Should have strong experience in corporate sales, B2B Sales and can handle large enterprise and end customers.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
