  1. Extremely active calendar management /appointments, prioritization, and understanding/analyzing the need
  2. Plans, coordinates , and ensures the Directors schedule is followed and respected
  3. The candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests
  4. Receiving and Answering all calls and directing as needed,
  5. Scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
  6. The candidate must have good knowledge of Computers and technology.
  7. The candidate must be proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  8. Must be Smart and quick to adapt.
