Qualification : B.Com/M.Com Graduate
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years experience in Accounting using Tally ERP9 and good knowledge of compliance such as GST/PF/TDS is a must.
JD – Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of daily Cash receipts/Payments and bank receipts and payments
- Day to Day entries in Tally for Sales/Purchases/Expenses – both Cash and bank entries and Journal Entries
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation Statements
- Preparation of finalization of accounts, TB and coordinating with Auditors to finalise the Accounts
- Coordinating with Income tax consultant by submitting all supporting all supporting documents for IT filing/and during assessment proceedings if any.
- Debtors/Creditors balance reconciliation and getting confirmations whenever required.
- Petty cash handling & Maintenance
- Preparation of salary statements
- Monthly attendance report sending
- Preparation and Online filing of TDS
- Preparation and online filing of GST returns/follow up for payments
- Preparation of PF/ESI returns
CTC Range/Per Month : Rs.25000-35000/Per month depending on the experience. Stay at the factory + Food will be provided extra.

Other specifications :
- Selected candidate must agree to work at the factory premise.
- Bachelor preferred
- Reasonably good communication in English is a must
