We are Urgently Looking for Investment Manager for One of our clients company in Mumbai. You will primarily be involved in the Group’s investment activities in India, including asset acquisitions, development projects as well as M&A.

Job Details:
This person will report to Head, Investment and Asset Management in India.
Salary : 1.8 Lacs to 2 lacs per month

You will primarily be involved in the Group’s investment activities in India, including asset acquisitions, development projects as well as M&A.
Job Responsibilities
· Involve in developing business strategies, as well as pursuing and evaluating business opportunities locally.
· Pursuing potential investments, asset and company acquisitions in India.
· Structure and negotiate the closure of these investment deals.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
· Relevant working experience in local and/or regional real estate investments.
· Resourceful, a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modeling are essential.
· Good financial product knowledge, business development and / or development management experience and experience in commercial properties investment is an advantage and preferred.
· Good teamwork, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
