Skill set:
Should have worked on FNMA & FHLMC Selling Guidelines.
Should have reviewed initial documents at loan processing stage.
knowledge in Mortgage Underwriting preferred
Should have worked on FHA, VA, Conventional loans, HARP...etc
Should have worked on order services.
Should have worked on clearing conditions on loan requirements.
Should be a bridge between Borrower, Loan Officer, Title Agent, Insurance Agent....etc
The candidates will be screened on Personal and Technical rounds of Interview.
Candidature requirement:
1) Possess good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
2) Good in Communication skills.
3) Ready to work in night shifts.
