Shift in charge will be responsible for achieving the targeted output, efficiency, OEE as per plan for the factory.
- Will be managing a team comprising of following members
- Production executives-2
- Factory labours- 20 to 25 numbers per shift
- Maintenance executive- 1
- Will deliver the production plan for the shift covering
- FG Despatch
- Production output and OEE for all machines
- Change over plan implementation
- Train/motivate and engage with the production team and maintain factory work culture
- Will be the food safety champion and will ensure GMP/HACCP processes are implemented
- MIS
- Shift output chart v/s target
- OEE Variance- reasons
- Material balance- RM received, SFG produced, FG produced, process loss in the shift
Candidate profile desired
- Education- B tech mechanical, 2-3 years work experience in a spice processing unit, preferably Chilly/ Turmeric /Coriander processing unit. Target companies to recruit from are Aachi Masala / Sakthi Masala / Lalah’s / Synthite group / Plant Lipids group / Jayanti Agro etc.
- Language skills- should know Tamil / Hindi / English
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Should be an independent thinker, with strong analytical mind
Salary being offered- 18,000-25,000 INR per month depending upon the profile, accommodation will be provided on shared basis at the company guest house for outside hostels
