One of our leading clients is looking for a candidate as PAM Implementation Lead. The candidate will be responsible for architecture, design and implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The candidate need to design and develop PAM solution to on-board privileged Infrastructure Servers, Accounts, Users and Applications to the platform.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Drive the development of new PAM – to meet security and business requirements.
- Architecture, design and implementation of high availability (HA) architecture & disaster recovery.
- Define SoPs - Standard Operating Procedures and Policies pertaining to PAM
- Creation of privileged Inventory & implementation of Use Cases.
- Lead and guide the team with industry best practices for solving Privileged Access Management (PAM) threats.
- Develop standards and approaches to enable seamless and secure integration of PAM solutions.
- Partner with PAM, IAM, security, and BU stakeholders to ensure a holistic technical approach across technologies.
- Provide expertise on new technology and ensure effective integration with other pieces of the technical infrastructure.
- Champion competency and integration with core security capability like IDM, AD, MFA, SIEM, and incident response toolsets.
- Design, development and implementation of custom connectors for client.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years Cyber Security experience including the following:
- Implementation experience of minimum 2 PAM based projects
- 5+ years’ experience in architecting, engineering, and implementing PAM
- Technical experience integrating, developing, and automating security systems.
- Consistent track record of architecting and engineering PAM solutions in a large global enterprise.
- Architect, design, implementation & migration experience of client company
- Master in Identity, Access and Privileged Access Management concepts and capability across Authentication, Authorization, and Governance.
- Good knowledge of Java, J2EE, RDBMS & Directory Servers/LDAP.
