We are looking for a Product Manager for one of our leading clients. The candidate as Product Manager is responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the product and business. They're frequently asked to analyze the impacts of change, document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change in the product.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  2. Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs.
  3. To discuss with various stakeholders and functional managers to gather the requirements.
  4. Do extensive research on the requirement along with Business use cases and client needs.
  5. Align the requirement with Business needs and documentation along with Wireframes.
  6. Prepare Business Requirement Documents along with Wireframes.
  7. Management & Leadership skills to manage cross-functional calibration and internal teams.
  8. Create PRD/FRD/SRS based on product requirements/features & roadmap & explain it to the development team.
  9. Understanding and representing user needs by research and understanding the pain areas.
  10. Brainstorming with the product leaders to convert opportunities to scalable ideas.
  11. Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
  12. Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
  13. Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
  14. Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.

Skills Required:

 

  1. Should understand the Software Development Life cycle.
  2. Should have exposure to UI and UX.
  3. May know how to design wireframes.
  4. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  5. Effective Communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Good knowledge of BRD/FRD/SRS.
