Our client is a young healthcare startup, with solid solutions and traction poised for growth. They are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join their Product team. The candidate as the Project Manager will work on planning, leading, and organizing the deliverables to meet the goals.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

1. Take ownership and accountability for meeting the project and team goals.
2.  Proactive management of risks/issues and removal of impediments to support the product engineering team.
3. Continuously evaluate and persuade the agile development team to be committed to their schedules, ensure proven processes and quality output.
4. Assist in team development by removing roadblocks to their work, mentoring them, and making good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
5. Empower the product engineering team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with a meaningful contribution.
6. Project reporting; both from a sprint perspective and, wider overall program level view.
7. Deliver products that provide exceptional business value

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Overall 4-5 years of experience in which past 1-2 years should have hands-on in Agile Project Management.
2. Strong experience in using agile scrum methodologies for the product development team.
3. Experienced and proven track record in achieving sprint and product goals as established and agreed by Product Architect.
4. Experienced in handling scope, schedule, and trade-offs if required, without losing the sprint goal.
5. Experienced in identifying the risk early, plan for mitigation and communicate the same to stakeholders on time.
6. Experienced in stakeholder management (senior officials to the agile development team).
7. Experienced working in onsite/offshore model with one or more agile development teams.
8. Exposure in handling external consultants and vendors.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
