This role is ideal for a fresher with relevant internships or someone with 1-2 years of experience in the field. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of our education initiatives, from designing survey questions to securing CSR funds and implementing projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Design:
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Create and administer survey questions to assess the needs and impact of education programs.
2. Fundraising and CSR Engagement:
Identify and engage with potential CSR partners to secure funding for projects.
Prepare and present proposals to potential donors and corporate partners.
3. Project Implementation:
Oversee the execution of education projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including schools, community leaders, and volunteers.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
5. Reporting and Evaluation:
Track and document project activities, outcomes, and impact.
Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, including donors and management.
Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness and sustainability of projects.
6. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment and support for project goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to interns and volunteers involved in project activities
