Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Presales activities – the study of markets and lead generation, working closely with marketing, principal, and presales technical teams to help generate demand, participate in events to generate demand, Update CRM in a timely manner
- Sales – Make techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals for the benefit of the organization, coordinate with principals and customers, complete necessary documentation
- Post Sales – own up customer support, coordinate with internal and principal’s teams, Timely recovery of payment
- Responsible for Countrywide Siemens Mainstream Sales business
Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge of Industry segments and their primary activities
- Team handling experience
- Study & Preparation for sales – technically and commercially
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills to position company and product solution to prospects
- Mustering internal and external support needed for affecting a sale
- Commercial acumen to ensure profitability
- Target-oriented alignment of activities
- Networking with sales ecosystem
- Ability to work independently and good decision making
Qualifications (necessary)
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate
- Sales Experience of 5 to 6 years
- Exposure to working on country level and managing a team based in different regions.
Qualifications (preferred)
- Master’s in marketing management
- Relevant experience in CAD-CAM-CAE Industry
- Worked in a reputed company in this segment
