Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using suitable automation platforms.
- Build and maintain bots for repetitive and rule-based business processes.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand process requirements.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and ensure smooth bot execution.
- Monitor automated processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare technical documentation, process maps, and automation workflows.
- Perform testing and debugging before deploying automation solutions.
- Support existing bots and make enhancements based on changing business requirements.
- Follow automation best practices, security standards, and development guidelines.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar RPA tools.
- Good understanding of workflow automation and business process mapping.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting concepts such as Python, VB.NET, or C#.
- Experience working with Excel, databases, APIs, and web applications.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of SDLC, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of OCR, AI-based automation, or intelligent document processing is an added advantage.
