Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- To achieve and surpass targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Direct Sales Development in the assigned target group segment.
- Acquire new accounts in addition to developing existing accounts.
- Customer handling and resolution of sales related challenges.
- Capable of performing product demonstrations as part of the sales process.
- Ensure that the monthly targets are regularly achieved.
- Understand each client’s requirements and keeping tab on their experience throughout.
- Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverables are effectively communicated and met.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- All the verticals of Propcierge - Realty Services, Construction & Home Improvement Service, Cleaning and disinfection services, Pest Control Services, Documentation Services, Concierge Services, Facility Management, Property Management.
