We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the ceramic fiber industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building long-term relationships across key industrial sectors. This role requires deep technical understanding of ceramic fiber products, strategic sales expertise, and the ability to lead customer-focused growth initiatives.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

  2. Expand market presence and penetrate new industrial segments

  3. Manage and grow key client accounts with long-term relationship focus

  4. Provide technical product guidance to customers and partners

  5. Lead negotiations and close high-value industrial deals

  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  7. Use CRM tools and analytics to track performance and improve forecasting

  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery excellence

  9. Mentor and guide junior sales staff when required

  9. Cement & Glass

  10. OEMs and Furnace Manufacturing


  1. Professional Highlights (Preferred Background)
  2. Demonstrated success in expanding customer base in competitive markets

  3. Consistent achievement or exceeding of annual sales targets

  4. Experience building strategic partnerships with industrial clients

  5. Strong product positioning and brand development exposure


Education

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Science / Business Administration (or related field)

  2. Certifications in Industrial Sales, Product Marketing, or Thermal Insulation Technologies are an advantage
