We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis consultant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis and the mode of work will be Work From Home.

Job Details:

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Application Server Administration and configurations.
3. Knowledge on any SAP New Dimension products like BW, Portal,CRM, SRM, CPI/IS or Solution Manager.
4. Good experience as DBA on HANA, Sybase and Maxdb.
5. Experience in Migrations, Technical Upgrades and DB upgrades.
6. Experience in activities like Refresh/Client copy, Kernel upgrades and Patching.
7. Good experience in support of Archiving from Basis point of view.
8. Working with change tools to maintain client SLAs
9. Manage the team to get the assigned task done on time adhering the SLA.
10. Align with different stakeholders to discuss the progress of multiple tasks.
11. Able to solve and coordinate RCA and support during critical system behaviour.
12. Audit Experience.
13. Detailed Technical experience in SAP BASIS and HANA systems administrations.
14. Experience in setting up System Replications, High Availability and Disaster recovery.
15. Possess leadership qualities.
16. Proven track record of Client handling.
17. Coach others recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
18. Ready to learn new technologies.
19. Candidate must have good communicative skills.
20. Relevant SAP Certification would be a plus.
21. Solution Manager Configuration knowledge and CPI/IS knowledge is a big plus
22. Manage and Support SAP Technical Infrastructure components that run on ABAP and/or JAVA stacks
23. Responsible for Performance Tuning/Installations/Documentation/Upgrades/Monitoring of SAP Application/ Net weaver Suite of products
24. Capacity planning activities to track database growth, participates in sizing and SAP archiving activities
25. Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts required for monitoring alerts and process automation.
26. Familiar with SAP Products (SAP S/4 HANA , BW4HANA, PO, GRC and SOLMAN, FIORI) and Administration
27. Expertise in troubleshooting the performance issues and preparing RCA.
28. Experienced in working multiple operating system Like Linux and windows
29. Experience in working on cloud will be an added advantage
