Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.

Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements.

Coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.

Conduct stakeholder meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and discussions.

Create process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Track project requirements, changes, and deliverables.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate business insights.

Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and project requirements.
Skills Required:

Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering skills.

Knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

Understanding of process mapping and workflow documentation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Knowledge of SQL, Jira, or data visualisation tools is an advantage.
