We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Civil and Structural Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting Oil & Gas sector projects, including design, analysis, and site coordination, while also contributing to non-Oil & Gas infrastructure projects such as industrial, commercial, and institutional developments.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform structural analysis and design for oil & gas facilities including pipe racks, equipment foundations, offshore/onshore structures, and buildings.

2. Prepare and review engineering deliverables: design calculations, drawings, specifications, material take-offs, and reports.

3. Conduct site assessments, inspections, and provide field support during construction phases.

4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including piping, mechanical, electrical, and project management.

5. Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (ACI, AISC, API, ASCE, Eurocodes, etc.).

6. Assist in estimations, feasibility studies, and project planning activities.

7. Support civil/structural requirements for non-Oil & Gas projects (infrastructure/buildings).

8. Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and client/stakeholder meetings.

9. Ensure all work complies with HSE regulations and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.

2. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in civil and structural design within Oil & Gas or heavy industries.

3. Proficiency in engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, Mat3D, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla.

4. Experience with project execution workflows in EPC or consulting environments.

5. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site practices.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
