Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Lead, mentor and manage the Performance team across social, digital, CRM and paid media functions
- Develop reporting methodologies, templates and dashboards across client business and scopes of work of provide clear updates on performance as well as enable insights to be provided back into create teams for content enhancement and evolution over time.
- Lead data and analytics strategy definition and presentation for all new business opportunities
- Work closely with business leads and account teams to offer insightful, strategic reporting plans for all client business
- Collaborate with senior management team on ways to best productize our data offering and present to new and existing clients
- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop reporting plans to support and deliver on these from a data perspective
- Develop strategic thought pieces and research papers on the role and importance of data and reporting for business supported by case studies of our work
