Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. This person should help deliver global projects in ESM ie. Salesforce, ServiceNow, IFS ETC.
  2. This person should help build AMS for all practices like Salesforce, ServiceNow, IFS, etc
  3. This person should have experience in Service Management in Salesforce, ServiceNow, IFS or SAP, ORACLE ( Service Management )
  4. This person should have managed large teams and have done global implementations
  5. People reporting to this person will be PM, Architects, Functional and Tech experts
  6. Strategic understanding of key concepts, current developments, and trends in Enterprise Service Management and information technology relevant to the position.
  7. Experience in consulting and implementation of Enterprise service management initiatives
  8. Good end-to-end understanding of ITSM and any of the service management products such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Service Now CSM, Oracle Service Cloud.
  9. Experience working with CxO suite
  10. Strong personal presence and comfortable presenting to executive-level management. Highly effective written and verbal communication skills that promote effective working relationships with a wide range of people.
  11. Demonstrated experience developing and managing a program & delivering quantifiable results.
  12. Expertise in process excellence/continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to use data-supported metrics to identify process improvement initiatives.
  13. Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
  14. Drive divisional efficiency efforts such as Application Portfolio Management, Service Management balanced scorecard or other performance metrics, strategic planning, and road mapping.
  15. Deploy solutions for short (quick hits), medium (process changes), and long-term (organizational transformation) across divisions to ensure consistent, efficient operations at scale.
  16. 3 years of work experience owning P & L responsibilities of a delivery unit
  17. 8 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
