Our client is a leading provider of production and capital planning SaaS software for the oil and gas industry. With a customer-centric collaborative culture, they are positioned as a disruptive technology force in their industry.
They are niche technology solutions firm offering products and services for the upstream (E&P) oil and gas SME sector. Their expertise has historically been in services (Business Intelligence / Data warehousing / Enterprise Application Integration, Custom solutions, Mobile applications), and they are currently developing some cutting-edge products of their own. Their senior management and technical architects are from IITs and IIMs / Top US MBA schools and the team has extensive experience in Oil and Gas with deep technology expertise. Our Client has different office locations like Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Atlanta, Houston and Bangalore (India).
Candidate Must Have:
- Qualification: B. Sc or BE / B. Tech or any graduation degree (master’s in business administration would be an added advantage)
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: Min 5 to Max 12 years
- Notice period: Maximum 30 days
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Our Ideal Candidate would be the one with 5 - 10 years of direct technical recruitment experience. The primary responsibilities would include -
- Recruit and manage a pipeline of candidates
- Take efforts to review and understand technical job requirements
- Expertise in closing senior positions like Technical lead, Senior VP, etc.
- Search for the right candidate on various portals or database
- Source and deliver talent across positions in technical roles
- Utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive candidates
- Follow up with candidates from sourcing till DOJ.
- Maintain a successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruiting goals
- Headhunting

- Handling vendors & build vendor team.
- Handling internal team and guiding them on time to time basis.
