Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

1. Develop, record, and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
2. Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
3. Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
4. Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
5. Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
6. Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
7. Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
8. Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
9. Coordinate with co-developers and keep project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
10. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

Skill Requirements:

1. 6-9 years experience
2. Experienced, ambitious Full stack developer looking for a challenging role
3. Proven experience as a Laravel or PHP Developer.
4. Core knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend, Symfony, etc.)
5. Fundamental understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
6. Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming
7. Top-notch skills in building SQL Schema design, REST API design, and SOLID principles
8. Familiarity with MVC and fundamental design principles
9. Proficiency with software testing using PHPUnit, PHPSpect, or Behat
10. Basic knowledge in SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus
11. Background in security and accessibility compliance (depending on the project requirements)
12. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Service Industry experience is added advantage
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders
