Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Overlook technical architecture of a product and suggest improvements to be adopted
- Conduct code review sessions, pair programming sessions
- Guide and implement micro services architecture in the product
- Involve in team management and team training activities
- Lead project modules when required
- Involved in technical discussions with different third party vendors during third party integrations
- Identify improvement areas and implement evolving techniques and technologies in the product to increase efficiency of the product
- Train team members on new and evolving technology concepts
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Technical Leader in guiding a group of team members
- Should have at least 4+ years of coding experience in multiple languages and frameworks
- Should have lead at least 2 projects partially or full time
- Extensive knowledge in Git branching
- Should have experience in microservices
- Should have experience in creating and establishing technical architecture for enterprise grade products
- Good experience in DevOps related activities
- Good communication skills
- Good team management / people management skill
- Good knowledge in PHP related frameworks / Frontend technologies is required
