We are looking for young and energetic individuals for the post of Shop floor Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations of a popular F&B brand. The candidate will supervise all movement of the material within the warehouse and as per current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Supervise inward and outward movements of material in the warehouse.
- Ensure products are stocked handled & transported correctly and safely according to set standard procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate picking of material by ground staff and proper loading of products in vehicles.
- Monitor space and track stock levels
- FEFO Management and working on control on expiry & non-moving stocks 6. Conduct cycle counts and inventory counts.
- Maintains facility in a clean and organized manner at all times and keep readiness for compliance and facility audits.
- Disciplining and Training support staff on product handling.
- Achieve productivity targets and deliver planned throughput by optimizing resources.
- Timely responses to clients as per instructions and queries
- Shipping & timely documentations
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Having a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory control. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral in English, Hindi and Local language.
- Experience managing picking and loading staff.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Warehouse Management Software.
