Responsibilities -

1. Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with business goals and user needs.

2. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for new products and feature enhancements.

3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user behavior and improve overall user experience.

4. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

5. Develop responsive and mobile-first designs that ensure seamless experiences across multiple devices and screen sizes.

6. Maintain and enhance design systems, UI components, and brand consistency across all digital platforms.

7. Continuously evaluate and improve existing user interfaces by analyzing user feedback, usability metrics, and performance data.

8. Work with developers during implementation to ensure accurate execution of design specifications and maintain design quality.

9. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas into projects.

10. Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and cross-functional meetings to contribute creative ideas and improve product usability.

Skills required

1. Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern UI/UX design tools for creating high-quality interfaces and prototypes.

2. Solid understanding of UI design principles, UX methodologies, information architecture, and user-centered design practices.

3. Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing for web and mobile applications.

4. Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-platform design standards.

5. Ability to conduct user research, analyze customer journeys, and translate findings into practical design improvements.

6. Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout composition, spacing, and iconography.

7. Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistent brand experiences across digital products.

8. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with developers.

9. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.

10. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to explain design decisions and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
